Our world is full of Instagram athletes and AI-generated advice. It's hard to sort through whether something is genuine advice or just an influencer ad, or what to do when your AI generated training program has produced an injury two weeks before your race.

Data Focused. Every training, nutrition, and strength plan I build is backed by up to date research and shaped by experience. Behind every program is hours of study, thousands of dollars in education, and years of experience in running and coaching.

Human Driven. I believe that the most important thing about hiring a coach is the relationship you're able to build with them. I have weekly calls with clients, not only to check in on your numbers and progress, but to get to know you as a person and build a relationship as someone you can trust. Someone you can talk to about your issues or bounce ideas off of.
